This part gets you understanding what makes you come alive and gives you meaning.
From that, you can define your future – the key elements that constitute a fulfilling life for you – including the impact you want, work you love doing, key habits and the types of people you want to surround yourself with.
With that clarity of vision you’ll map out an entrepreneurial route to make it happen – from where you are now to the types of ideas and careers that’d suit you best.

The program is designed to be done around your existing job, from home. Our weekly schedule can be broken down into 3 parts:
Practical Learning
Each day you’ll get short bursts of content, designed to get you learning fast and taking action.
Alongside that, every week will be an interactive workshop for your cohort. This same workshop will be available at multiple times to ensure that maximum 16 people are on each workshop from the cohort, and because people are available at different times.
The weekly workshops & content from courses takes around 3 hours per week in total. To get value from this program, you must be willing to commit at least 7 hours per week to taking action; applying the learnings of the workshops & content to your career.
1on1 Coaching
There are events and initiatives happening in our community of alumni, coahces and impact-makers. Your cohort will have access to them for the duration of the program. These are all optional and more ad-hoc in nature. Expect things happneing almost daily.

After the first two weeks, you’ll be matched to a coach – whom you’ll meet for 45 minutes every 2 weeks over the next 10 weeks. This is done at times available to you both.

Then it’s about getting the entrepreneurial mindset and methods to launch your ideas and new career.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re beginning a side-hustle, joining a team or launching a startup.
What matters is that you’re following your own path and doing what makes you come alive.
You’ll apply the frameworks used by the start-up world’s best founders, to your own ideas – to create big impact, learn fast and take bold action towards your defined future.
What happens in the interview?
The interview itself is a 20 minute online video call , where we’ll ask you screening questions and you’ll have the opportunity to ask us your questions too.
We make decisions on who to select for the Uprise Collective every 15 interviews we do. We select
5 people from every 15 interviews
as we’ve found this
is the right balance
to let enough people in, while keeping the community high quality.
We select people based on 4 attributes: ambition, capability, openness and warmth.
AMBITION
we check this through your written application to us. Are you motivated by the right things and do you dare to follow your own path by taking bold action?
WARMTH
We also use the interview for this. There is no point in building a community of remarkable people if we can’t make friends within that group. So – are you someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously all the time, and can have good conversations?
CURIOSITY
We look for this on interview. Are you someone who’s open to being wrong, are you curios and looking to grow fast?
CAPABILITY
We use your Linkedin profile to see this. Are you someone who is able to make things happen? Do you have real experience and tangible skills? We aren’t naive – doing things diffferently is hard, so we only accept people who are highly capable
Our community have a wide variety of stories. They’ve come from law,
finance, marketing, creative agencies and more. Some have gone on to found their own companies, some run personal brands and others have joined startups. What they all have in common is creating careers that matter and make them feel truly alive.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
