Intro To The Curriculum | Define Your Direction

The first 2 weeksof the program are designed to help you to find your why and to bond with the other people in your tribe. This is the foundation for the rest of the program.

You’ll be reflecting on your unique skills, passions, and motivations, undertaking a heap of workshops, exercises, and a meditation retreat (for those undertaking the Accelerator and non-MBA programs). All so that you can:

  1. Redefine your Direction
  2. Develop a Personal Mission
  3. Use these to to direct you through the next part of the program.

The aim of this part of the course is what makes Uprise Academy unique. We think one of the biggest issues of our generation is that the brightest minds are stuck in directionless careers. Over these ten days you’ll be actively working to change that forever.

We want you graduate from the program knowing that the work you choose to undertake is meaningful to you, allows you to reach your potential, and most importantly, makes you feel alive.

Some of the topics you’ll cover are:

  1. Past Narrative
  2. Micro-stories
  3. The 5 elements of Meaning
  4. Needs Analysis
  5. Future Authoring
  6. Identity-based Building
  7. Skills 360
  8. Personal Mission Design
